My first project in Real Estate Development was in 1969, I had the property I bought when I was 16 I ended up buying the lot next door, it was in, Tsawwassen, it was on a golf course. So the lot next door was also a large lot, so I ended up taking and making the two lots into three lots and built a house on one of the lots and sold the other two lots at a profit so I had the money to buy the house or build the house pardon me. And so built that and then sold it and from there I ended up taking partial trade of a four-plex on the water in White Rock and had that for a year or so and then, renovated that and sold it and kind of went on from there.
