In a recent interview with Trevor Jones we were curious how Trevor and Cameron guide their clients through the complicated development process of luxury homes in Shaughnessy BC. Here is his entire answer:

I have had situations where we have started a project and somebody has come along and just bought it off us before it’s been complete. In fact, a lot of the houses we build are done specifically as people – what people want. We design around their interests and what their needs are. So, we kind of guide them of what a good path to follow is so they don’t do things that are not, saleable when they go to sell the project. One of the things is, first of all; we kind of treat our Real Estate Development as an art form. We create beautiful homes, we only build medium to high end homes. So we’re not overly limited by the amount of money that is going to be spent. Though we try and be very resourceful and realistic and try and give people a good product for how much money they are going to spend. And then we try and guide them to being realistic about how to put it all together.
